$45 Per person or $80 if you sign up for both classes and pay by June 23.
About the Seminars
- JBMA offers seminars in women's self-defense using simple but very effective techniques.
- We build up women’s confidence and awareness while teaching strikes and ground tactics that can stop an attack.
- The students get to use all of the energy of their strikes on pads and on the instructors.
- JBMA offers an intense but fun atmosphere where the students help each other out and cheer each other on.

Advanced Women's Self Defense Class
