Leanne Hefner — Turbo Kick/ Zumba

Leanne Hefner has been instructing classes for almost 10 years. Turbokick, PiYo, Muscle Fusion, Core Ball and Zumba. She enjoys helping her students achieve their own personal goals during class and understand that everyone starts at a different fitness level. The classes are perfect for both beginners and advanced. They offer something for everyone no matter your age or fitness level. She has her Group Fitness Certification through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America). Overall, I love to see people smile, feel good and get results. By instructing classes, my students get a sense of pride and accomplishment. Come take my class and start looking and feeling better one step at a time!

Vanessa Hebel — Yoga/Pilates

From dancing to figure skating to tennis, Vanessa has always embraced a lifestyle rich in physical fitness. Following a decade of classical ballet training, Vanessa’s focus shifted inward as she developed an attraction toward both the mental and physical benefits the practice of yoga provides. She completed her 200-hour teacher training through YogaWorks and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Introduced to Pilates as a young ballet student to complement her dance training, Vanessa is currently pursuing Pilates certification through the PhysicalMind Institute. Vanessa invites all those seeking to soothe both body and mind to experience one of her classes. Discover the serenity you deserve and delight in the results you will achieve!
