Adult JKD Classes
New students receive 2-3 private lessons after registration to learn basic movements and terms.
Classes are held in a hands on environment. Students are usually partnered up with a fellow student and hitting pads. Classes also include stretching, and conditioning, along with the formal JKD instruction.
Students progress through the levels starting at basic to advanced and finally practitioner.

At 8pm on Thursdays JBMA has open gym and sparring for students in the adult JKD classes. Students are encouraged to practice what they have learned in class in open non-structured sessions with their fellow students. One or more instructors are available for questions or demonstrations and may participate in sparring.
Headgear is required for full contact sparring.
